1 Display of banners and signs on vehicles is ILLEGAL in Agoura Hills and Calabasas! Your 1st Amendment is ILLEGAL.
We have filed a Federal Civil Rights case to force the Cities that have adopted this law to restore our 1st Amendment liberties. Tell the City Council that we will not allow our liberties to be criminalized! Will the Sheriff’s Dept dare cite you for flying your 1st Amendment banners and flags?
Yes, we have a Federal lawsuit on file over this!
Hearing date in Federal Court to restore our 1st Amendment is March 8th!

2. In Jan and Feb of last year, the L.A. Sheriff’s Dept illegally seized TEN (10) free speech vehicles that were legally parked in the Station’s public parking lot exercising our Freedom of speech. The Vehicles displayed banners of our 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th Amendments, flew various American flags and one banner calling them out over their cover-up of Mitrice Richardson’s murder. FindMitrice.info. Their response was to seize the vehicles! claiming three were ‘abandoned’, Three more later were “parked on private property”, and then three more as ‘evidence’, illegal “signs erected on a public building”, A violation of CA Penal Code 556, criminal investigation, complete with charges being filed! The 10th vehicle was seized (it displayed our 1st Amendment on a banner) as not being parked for “official business”, in the public parking lot! They have now had the DA file CRIMINAL charges PC 556 erecting a sign on State/County property against Bruce Boyer. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1-29-2013 in Malibu Court.

3.  The City Councils refuses to provide a public debate over unconstitutional DUI checkpoints. The Supreme Courts of eleven states have found checkpoints to be a violation of citizen’s 4th Amendment rights! The Sheriff’s Dept loves them because it pays for overtime for the deputies!

4. Calabasas Aug 12th, 2012 The Sons of Liberty LA are threatened with arrest for ‘trespassing’ by the LASD acting under orders from City Manager Corrado. Why?  Because we were passing out “Justice for Mitrice” flyers at a City event, the free concert in the park! Why is that illegal? “Because the Sheriff’s Dept. says so”! We were also ordered to take down our flags, banners and shut off the video we were playing. Our attorney George Wallace attempted to explain the 1st Amendment to the City Attorney yet at the next concert in the park we were again prohibited! Yes, that Federal lawsuit is also coming!

5. Calabasas; The City Council at the Jan 9th meeting supported a resolution to urge the US Senate to strip us of our 2nd Amendment Rights. They claimed there “was no debate” yet we had stood up repeatedly and called them out to debate, the cowards of course refused. Call them out.

6. Where is Capt Stephens of the LASD who has been the source of the abuses spelled out in the above items? He resigned over his part in the scandal over Sheriff’s Dept. Officers forcing female deputies to have sex with them! Does this help us to understand why Mitrice Richardson turned up murdered? Why is the public being kept in the dark? We demand accountability and transparency.
